WOF-UA Grantee Shines at Eurovision

Thanks to support from Project Kesher Ukraine’s Women’s Opportunity Fund (WOF-UA), Ukrainian designer Nataliia Soiko showcased her work on one of the world’s biggest stages: the Eurovision Song Contest, which took place May 13-17. Her handcrafted floral designs were featured on the 1970s-inspired costumes of the Ukrainian band Ziferblat, who performed before millions of viewers across Europe and beyond.

Nataliia, founder of the So_i_Ko fashion brand, was a winner of the national mini-grant competition for women producing handcrafted goods, organized by WOF-UA. She used her award to purchase a specialized sewing machine, which enabled her to elevate her craft and bring her vision to life.

From her showroom in Khmelnytskyi and studio in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Nataliia continues to grow her brand for the benefit of her household, community and country.
